I mentioned earlier this year that I was working with a new web client, Soapadelic Naturals. Their site is now live and the store is open for business! Stefanie let me keep the soaps that I photographed for the store and they are FABULOUS! And I am not just saying that! :) If you are in the market for all-natural, organic soaps that are super moisturizing, I highly recommend them. My favorites are Cocoa Ono and Sgt. Peppermint!

Kailey and Josh

I had the pleasure of photographing Kailey and Josh in the beautiful Tyler Rose Gardens. They were real troopers as it was HOT, even at 10:30 in the morning. Kailey and Josh are both volunteer fire firefighters and it was a nice opportunity for them to step out of their bunker gear and dress up to commemorate their engagement.

David & Courtney - May 1, 2008

The rain held off and it wasn't even uncomfortably hot for David and Courtney's wedding at their ranch in Big Sandy. While they are fun loving and kept me laughing, they hated getting their photos taken...something I had never encountered with a bride and groom before! Thankfully, they DID enjoy driving around their land and I got a couple of these shots before the ceremony.

Combining Services to Better Serve the Client

I love it when I get to combine mediums! After shooting David and Courtney's engagement photos, I was able to use them not only in Courtney's shower invitation, but also their wedding invitation. Invitation design is a new service offered by Kelco Studios and Courtney took full advantage and branded their event with a signature photo.

Ruthy and Drew - March 1, 2008

Congratulations to Ruthy and Drew! Their wedding was beautiful and she was a stunning bride. I was lucky to be a guest and enjoy myself while Drew's cousin shot the wedding. It was such an honor to be able to do her bridal portraits. Here are a few more from our session...

New Web Client

I recently met with a new web design client…a small company called Soapadelic Naturals that sells handmade soaps, bath salts, body scrubs and bath bombs. The owner, Stefanie, has really thought about her products and what she wants to offer her customers. Once the website goes live, I will post the link and more information about their products.

I am really excited to be working with Stefanie and her husband. I love it when small businesses can help each other succeed!

Bridal Portraits with Ruthy

I was honored to shoot Ruthy’s bridal portraits as my first project since moving to East Texas. It was SUCH a fabulous shoot. I love it when brides are willing to step outside the box and try new things. The results were AMAZING. We had fabulous natural light to add to a naturally gorgeous bride. How could I go wrong?
